We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at ASAMAKA INDUSTRIES LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, record-keeping, and filing.
- Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing new hire packets and conducting exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files and benefits information.
- Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment and COBRA administration.
- Provide support for employee relations, including investigating and resolving employee complaints and concerns.
- Assist with training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and evaluating their effectiveness.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
