Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Adviser to join our team at Ontario Sky Jump. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our employees and management team.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations: Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
- Recruitment and Selection: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, oversee the classification and rating of occupations, and research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions, and salary scales.
- Benefits and Compensation: Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs, plan and control budget and expenditures, and research employee benefits and health and safety practices.
- Training and Development: Manage training and development strategies, oversee the analysis of employee data and information, and propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures.
- HR Operations: Coordinate the activities of the HR department, oversee payroll administration, and conduct performance reviews.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Environment: Amusement park
