Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kenora Travelodge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit reports, maintaining open communication with staff, management, and guests.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Setting: Restaurant, hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relocation Support: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Training and Development: Willingness to train and develop skills in a supportive environment.
