We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 5054835 ONTARIO INC. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Operations Management: Develop and implement effective operational strategies to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members in different roles, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities and performance expectations.
    • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
    • Customer Service: Foster a positive and welcoming environment for our customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
    • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock, sales, and other relevant data to inform business decisions.
  • Requirements:
    • Education: No formal education required, but a strong understanding of food service operations and management principles is essential.
    • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a food service industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
    • Work Setting: Food service establishment with a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
    • Personal Suitability:
      • Client Focus: Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
      • Effective Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
