Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our Food Service team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  • Scheduling and Time Management: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
