- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
- Scheduling and Time Management: Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Physical Capabilities: Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
