We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Kenora Travelodge. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food and beverage operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Food and Beverage Operations: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
- Customer Service: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: Willing to relocate, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Skills: Attention to detail, client focus, flexibility, team player, initiative, and dependability.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Training and Development: Will train.
- Support for Persons with Disabilities: Offers mentorship, coaching, and/or networking opportunities for persons with disabilities.
