Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources, including material, personnel, and finances, to execute organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Authorize and structure the formation of key departments and senior staff roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Set strategic objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs.
  • Act as the organization's representative in negotiations or delegate authority to representatives for official engagements.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring optimal working conditions.
  • Establish financial and administrative oversight; formulate and approve marketing strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Manage a team of approximately 16-20 individuals.
