Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and confirm appointments for legal professionals.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient filing system for legal documents.
  • Establish and implement office procedures and routines to enhance productivity.
  • Draft and input correspondence and legal documents accurately.
  • Review and edit documents to ensure adherence to legal standards and proper grammar.
  • Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
