About the Location

Our luxury wellness enclave, Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort, is an adults-only, luxurious wellness retreat located on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lanai. Our resort offers a completely customized experience to discover your greatest well-being, featuring wellness consultations, spa treatments, fitness and well-being classes, lectures, and exciting island activities.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cook 4 to join our Food & Beverage team in the Employee Dining Room. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner per guest orders from all outlets in accordance with production requirements and quality standards. You will work together with other team members to ensure a flawlessly executed final product and maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, meat and cheese slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill
Requirements
  • US work authorization is required, unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
  • Current Four Seasons managers may qualify for L-1 visa sponsorship
  • Ability to lift up to 70lbs and stand for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Proficient knife skills and attention to detail
