  • Develop and maintain a strong client base by providing excellent service and tailored solutions;
  • Assess client needs and identify new sales opportunities;
  • Provide detailed proposals outlining the benefits of Cellcom's business solutions;
  • Stay informed about promotions, prices, and products to provide effective sales support;
  • Provide exceptional after-sales service, including equipment and accessory recommendations;
  • Develop and maintain customer loyalty through exceptional service and relationship-building;
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of Cellcom's products and services to clients;
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings and account reviews;
  • Schedule regular appointments with potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency (spoken and written);
  • 2 years of experience in the telecommunications sector and/or business development (B2B);
  • In-depth knowledge of cell phones and the telecommunications industry;
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
  • Experience in selling wireless technology (an asset);
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
