Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
Cellcom Communications is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team in Ottawa area. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and acquire new business clients in the Canadian territory;
- Develop and maintain a strong client base by providing excellent service and tailored solutions;
- Assess client needs and identify new sales opportunities;
- Provide detailed proposals outlining the benefits of Cellcom's business solutions;
- Stay informed about promotions, prices, and products to provide effective sales support;
- Provide exceptional after-sales service, including equipment and accessory recommendations;
- Develop and maintain customer loyalty through exceptional service and relationship-building;
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of Cellcom's products and services to clients;
- Prepare for and attend client meetings and account reviews;
- Schedule regular appointments with potential clients to generate new sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- English language proficiency (spoken and written);
- 2 years of experience in the telecommunications sector and/or business development (B2B);
- In-depth knowledge of cell phones and the telecommunications industry;
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.);
- Experience in selling wireless technology (an asset);
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
