About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Solutions Manager to join our team at PCL Construction. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in driving business success through effective HR systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Systems Management: Oversee the SAP SuccessFactors HCM system and other integrated HR technology solutions to ensure efficient and effective practices.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for users to maximize system utilization and improve HR processes.
  • Business Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing business support and troubleshooting for system-related issues, ensuring seamless HR operations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between HR stakeholders and HR Systems to address system requirements and challenges.
  • System Enhancements: Collaborate with HR Systems, configuration partners, and other stakeholders to plan and implement system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead project teams for the successful deployment of new system features and modules, driving business value and operational excellence.
  • Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain advanced reporting and analytics capabilities to support business decision-making and drive data-driven insights.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization through core system functionality within HR operations, driving operational excellence and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years progressive human resources experience in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing companywide programs.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; experience in a corporate environment at a large organization is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors HCM system or similar HR technology platforms, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated understanding of leading change management best practices and methodologies, excellent networking, partnership, and stakeholder management skills, with a solid understanding of how people respond and adapt to change.
