We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Regional Trainer to join our team at Hub International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our training team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our commercial producers and support staff have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs for commercial producers and support staff, focusing on commercial insurance products and processes.
- Collaborate with the training team to design and implement training materials, including workshops, webinars, and online courses.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to new and experienced commercial producers and support staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Work closely with the operations team to identify areas for improvement and develop training programs to address these gaps.
- Assist with the development of training materials and resources, including user guides, quick reference guides, and online tutorials.
- 5-10 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on commercial insurance.
- CAIB designation preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of desktop applications, including Applied EPIC, Applied toolset, and Microsoft suite.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including instructional and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a focus on motivational skills and positive attitude.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
