About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at Kenny's Nail Spa. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work: Plan and manage the work schedules of our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of resources and meet customer demand.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair of our equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Quality and Production: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and results.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, train, and develop our nail technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Oversee the cleaning and sanitation of our salon, including equipment and work areas, to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
