Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Analyst to join our team at BSG Infotech Solutions. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions to improve business processes.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
  • Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
Working Conditions

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and information systems. They will be able to analyze business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs. The candidate will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
