**Job Summary**

Spark Power is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Asset Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing our assets and ensuring their optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Asset Management: Oversee the maintenance, repair, and replacement of our assets to ensure they are operating at maximum efficiency.
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets and ensure financial accountability.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports to stakeholders, including project updates, financial performance, and asset condition.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and sales, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on asset management and project management.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or environmental science.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as project management software.
