Commercial Account Manager

Nacora's Mississauga Branch seeks a skilled Commercial Account Manager to join our Insurance Brokers team, offering a stable and secure career path.
Your RoleAs a Commercial Account Manager, you will report to the Commercial Lines Manager and be responsible for servicing clients within the commercial lines division.
- Prepare client-facing documentation, including invoices, letters, policy documents, and certificates of insurance.
- Manage file creation, organization of client documentation, and updating of client activity logs.
- Track and follow up policy documents to ensure timely receipt.
- Administer the client renewal process.
- Work closely with Account Executives to service and manage day-to-day activity, including establishing market risks for coverage placement.
- Coordinate account services, including review of documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals, or cancellations.
- Manage the placement of small business accounts.
- Communicate with insurers as required to support the brokering function.
- 3+ years of experience in a brokerage as an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, with knowledge of major markets.
- RIBO License required.
- EPIC Experience preferred.
- CAIB, CIP, CRM, or equivalent (or working towards) an asset.
