Job Title: Account Manager of Commercial Insurance

Nacora, a leading brokerage, is seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Insurance Brokers team, you will be responsible for servicing clients within the commercial lines division.

Your Role
  • Prepare client-facing documentation, including invoices, letters, policy documents, and certificates of insurance.
  • Manage file creation, organization of client documentation, and updating of client activity logs.
  • Track and follow up policy documents to ensure timely receipt.
  • Administer client renewal process.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to service and manage day-to-day activity, including establishing market risks for coverage placement.
  • Coordinate account services, including review of documentation for routine policy changes, additions, deletions, renewals, or cancellations.
  • Manage placement of small business accounts.
  • Communicate with insurers as required to support the brokering function.
Your Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a brokerage as an Account Manager/Customer Service Representative, with knowledge of major markets.
  • RIBO License required.
  • EPIC Experience preferred.
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM, or equivalent (or working towards) an asset.
