About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Property Management Team as a Property Administration Analyst. This role will work closely with the Vice President, Office/Industrial Portfolio, and support Property Management teams across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor capital projects to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Act as the point person for the smooth transmission of financial and leasing data for the overall portfolio
  • Regularly review status of projects and identify areas of concern
  • Prepare reporting for periodical financial and capital project review meetings
  • Prepare job cost in Yardi for capital projects
  • Coordinate coding and payment of regional and national invoices
  • Assist with excel spreadsheets for tracking financial and operational data
  • Assist with the annual budget planning and execution
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate with foundational knowledge in real estate accounting and administration
  • Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or real estate management preferred
  • Pursuing an accounting designation an asset
  • General knowledge of real estate policies and procedures
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex accounting data
