Bakery Department Lead

Fortinos is seeking a dedicated and experienced Bakery Department Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality baked goods.
As the Bakery Department Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery department, maximizing sales and profitability while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Focus: Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships and enhance the Fortinos shopping experience.
- Production Excellence: Manage the ordering, production, and merchandising of a wide variety of bakery products, ensuring freshness and adherence to recipes and standards.
- Operational Efficiency: Create daily production schedules, organize department functions, and control inventory levels to meet sales goals and minimize waste.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train department staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee department opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to safety, sanitation, and equipment maintenance standards.
