Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shift Manager to join our team at 1413114 BC LTD. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Prepare Food Order Summaries: Prepare detailed summaries of food orders for our chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
- Supervise Tray Assembly: Supervise and check the assembly of trays to ensure that all food is presented in a clean and appetizing manner.
- Establish Work Standards: Establish and maintain high standards of work quality, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Work EnvironmentAs a Shift Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, team player, and strong communication skills
This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
Hours of WorkThis is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week.
