About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.

  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback, providing insights to management on areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and standing for extended periods.
