About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Turmeric Restaurant Victoria Ltd. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our team of food service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately estimate and manage inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on sales, inventory, and staff performance.
  • Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
