About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our operations at Heartwood Kitchen and Bath. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our department and ensuring that our administrative services are delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Operational Management: Manage the operations of our department, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, staff, and external partners.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
