About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our STAN AI team. As a key member of our Customer Success Team, you will play a critical role in the successful onboarding of Enterprise property management firms using our AI assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of STAN AI's suite of tools and best practices to facilitate adoption and align customer expectations.
  • Oversee all assigned customer onboardings, ensuring a smooth and successful launch of STAN AI across their real estate portfolios.
  • Provide detailed account walkthroughs and assist new clients with their AI deployments.
  • Lead kickoff calls to clearly communicate account setup requirements and set expectations with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor onboarding progress, identify potential risks, and provide guidance on next steps.
  • Resolve conflicts and offer timely technical solutions to customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Success Managers, Bot Review, and Development teams to ensure a world-class client experience.
  • Understand customer goals and objectives to ensure STAN AI aligns with their operational needs.
  • Foster strong relationships with new and existing customer stakeholders to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven experience in SaaS onboarding, customer service, or customer success.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and explain new products.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, project management tools, and customer success platforms.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong negotiation and expectation-setting skills.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $50,000 - $75,000, based on experience, and a dynamic work environment at our headquarters in North York.
