At Element Fleet Management, we're redefining the fleet management industry by putting people first. We're seeking a highly skilled Process Improvement Specialist to join our team and drive business transformation.

About the Role

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in process improvement and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. As a Process Improvement Specialist, you'll play a critical role in identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to enhance our services and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead process improvement initiatives across various areas of the organization, leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify root causes of service performance issues and develop targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to support their improvement efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Black Belt certification from a reputable organization.
  • 10+ years of experience in a business or service environment, with a strong background in process improvement and project management.
  • Formal project management skills and experience, with expertise in Microsoft Office products, including MS Project, Lucid Suite, and Visio.
  • Proven track record of driving business transformation and improving operational efficiency.
