Join Our Team as a Senior Business Transformation Consultant

Zurich Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Consultant to support our local and global strategic and operational priorities. As a key member of our Business Transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through the design and implementation of target operating models, business process transformation, and process management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex business transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement business process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement target operating models, business process transformation, and process management initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to business leaders and teams on change management, process improvement, and business transformation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in business transformation, business consulting, or change management.
  • Proven track record of delivering business transformation projects, with a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
