About the Role

Zurich Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Business Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading and implementing strategic projects that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation projects
  • Develop and implement business process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs and opportunities
  • Design and implement change management strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in business transformation, business consulting, or change management
  • Proven track record of delivering business transformation projects
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
