About the Role

Zurich Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our Business Transformation team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and change management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage strategic projects and initiatives to drive business transformation and improve operational efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption and embedding of new processes and systems.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business improvement opportunities and develop solutions to address them.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance to stakeholders on business transformation and change management best practices.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience in business transformation, business consulting, or change management.
  • OR a high school diploma or equivalent and 10+ years of experience in business transformation, business consulting, or change management.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a P&C environment.
  • Extensive experience in design and implementation of target operating models, business process transformation/re-engineering, process management, capital projects, data visualization, and reporting.
  • Demonstrable internal consulting or management consulting experience in the area of insurance.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
