Join Our Team as a Senior Business Transformation Consultant

Zurich Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Transformation Consultant to support our local and global strategic and operational priorities. As a key member of our Business Transformation team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through the design and implementation of target operating models, business process transformation, and process management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage complex business transformation projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement business process improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business improvement opportunities, and drive the execution of solutions that integrate local, regional, and global strategic and operational priorities.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to business leaders and teams on change management, process management, and communication and training plan development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Consulting, or Change Management.
  • Proven track record of delivering business transformation projects and driving business growth and improvement.
  • Strong business acumen, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
