About the Role

Monsieur Jean - L'Hôtel particulier is seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Scheduling: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize hotel performance.
  • Supervision and Guidance: Perform same duties as workers supervised and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Quality Improvement: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure high-quality results.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in French.
Work Environment

This role is based in a hotel, motel, or resort setting, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring efficient hotel operations.
