Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  1. Co-ordination and Leadership
  • Co-ordinate activities with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff to achieve exceptional service standards
Guest Services
  • Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
Operational Management
  • Establish and maintain effective work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal hotel operations
  • Monitor and control front desk operations to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Performance Management
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to front desk staff to improve performance and achieve service standards
  • Identify and address any performance gaps or issues
Requirements
  1. Education
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field
Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is French.
