Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Leadership
- Co-ordinate activities with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Lead and motivate a team of front desk staff to achieve exceptional service standards
- Provide exceptional guest service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
- Establish and maintain effective work schedules and procedures to ensure optimal hotel operations
- Monitor and control front desk operations to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to front desk staff to improve performance and achieve service standards
- Identify and address any performance gaps or issues
- Education
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is French.
