Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ontario Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of high-quality food for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Analyze operating costs and other data to optimize kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
  • Train and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure exceptional service and quality.
  • Collaborate with clients to plan and execute customized menus for events and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a senior culinary role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:
