Restaurant Operations Manager

NICOL STREET DAIRY QUEEN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to meet customer demands and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to optimize costs and quality.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work on site with no option for remote work.
