Pastry Production Supervisor

Education Requirement: Completion of secondary education is essential.
Experience Requirement: A minimum of 5 years in a similar role is required.
Work Environment:Position available in a supermarket or dedicated bakery section.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare various doughs for breads, pastries, and other baked items, as well as batters for cookies and cakes, following specific recipes or customized orders.
- Order necessary ingredients, tools, and supplies for production.
- Oversee the baking process for mixed doughs and batters.
- Provide training to team members on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Decorate and frost cakes and other baked products.
- Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely output.
- Maintain product quality to meet established standards.
- Supervise the sales and presentation of baked goods.
Responsible for overseeing a small team of 1 to 2 individuals.
Specialty Areas:- Expertise in baking breads and rolls.
- Proficient in creating desserts and pastries.
- Experience with donuts and muffins.
- Familiarity with slicing machinery.
- Possess specialized knowledge and skills relevant to the baking environment.
