Job Title: Food Production Supervisor

**About the Role**

Dose Coffee is seeking a highly skilled Food Production Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our food production process. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient production of high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of competence.
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, ensuring that our food products meet the highest standards.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units to optimize efficiency.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.

Work Environment:

The Food Production Supervisor will work in a hot and noisy environment, requiring the ability to adapt to changing conditions.
