Customer Success Manager

Verafin is a leading provider of cutting-edge software solutions for financial institutions across North America. We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple departments
  • Provide consultative support to customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Identify opportunities for added value and create success plans to drive customer adoption and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Utilize Salesforce and GainSight to track customer communications and projects
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels within a customer's organization
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools
