As a Customer Success Manager at Verafin, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key customers across multiple departments, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Verafin product suite and navigate cross-functionally to map customer needs to product solutions.
- Create and deliver success plans to drive customer adoption and retention.
- Communicate and promote key initiatives to customers to ensure thorough product adoption.
- Identify opportunities to optimize customer application usage.
- Interview customers and follow up on feedback to better understand their needs.
- Manage customer feedback and escalations.
- Maintain awareness of customer projects and track resolution of critical service issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management.
- A passion for communicating with customers and understanding their needs.
- Ability to interface with multiple levels within a customer's organization.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools.
