As a Customer Success Manager at Verafin, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with key customers across multiple departments, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Verafin product suite and navigate cross-functionally to map customer needs to product solutions.
  • Create and deliver success plans to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Communicate and promote key initiatives to customers to ensure thorough product adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize customer application usage.
  • Interview customers and follow up on feedback to better understand their needs.
  • Manage customer feedback and escalations.
  • Maintain awareness of customer projects and track resolution of critical service issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive customer success.


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management.
  • A passion for communicating with customers and understanding their needs.
  • Ability to interface with multiple levels within a customer's organization.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management tools.
