The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Specialist to join our customer success team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring seamless system configuration and user training.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end account management, including customer onboarding, training, and support
  • Utilize HubSpot/CRM to track customer data and manage customer support inquiries
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure timely onboarding and highlight any concerns that arise
  • Other duties as required
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Evidence of independence and self-starter attitude
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate new software effortlessly
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • Experience with HubSpot is an asset
