Job Summary:

Accoravillage is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our HR team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR guidance and leading HR initiatives to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR Initiatives: Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Provide Strategic HR Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Talent Development: Develop and implement talent development programs to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Employee Experience: Design and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience, including employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an advisory role.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional Designations: Professional HR designation is considered an asset.
