Accoravillage is seeking an experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our HR team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic HR guidance and leading HR initiatives to drive business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR Initiatives: Develop and implement HR initiatives to drive business results, improve employee engagement, and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Provide Strategic HR Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance management, and employee relations.
- Talent Development: Develop and implement talent development programs to identify, develop, and retain top talent.
- Employee Experience: Design and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience, including employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- HR Operations: Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in an advisory role.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Designations: Professional HR designation is considered an asset.
