Job Summary

The Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team at THE ROLLIN PIZZA. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide a team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on team performance, highlighting areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, physically demanding
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player
