Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at JC\u0027s Banquet & Grill House. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Cost Control
Develop a budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and monitor revenues to determine labor costs.
Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise staff, including setting work schedules and conducting performance reviews.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and participate in marketing plans and implementation.
Event ManagementManage events, including planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience7 months to less than 1 year of experience, or equivalent experience.
Working Conditions- Work Language
English.
Hours30 to 40 hours per week.
