Avantier Inc. is a leading manufacturer of premium custom optics, seeking a highly skilled Account Executive to join their expanding sales team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a results-driven Account Executive to manage the entire sales process, drive revenue growth, and collaborate closely with the sales team, VP of Sales, marketing team, and the CEO.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Full Sales Cycle Process: Drive incremental revenue by managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Proactive Sourcing and Partnership Building: Establish new partnerships and construct a resilient sales pipeline to drive sustained growth.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and objectives.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and identifying new business opportunities.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate and close deals with clients to drive revenue growth.
- 2-6 Years of B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales with a strong understanding of the sales process.
- Cold Calling and Lead Generation: Ability to cold call daily, follow up, and close deals.
- Presentation and Demo Skills: Experience in leading presentations and demos with the ability to close deals.
- Networking and Relationship Building: Experience in attending conferences, trade shows, and networking to build relationships.
- Sales Cycle Management: Ability to manage a long sales cycle from prospect to close.
- Outbound and Inbound Lead Handling: Ability to generate outbound leads and handle inbound leads.
- Team Player: Great attitude and a team player to fit into the company culture.
- Proactivity and Pipeline Management: Proactivity in sourcing new business and managing a robust pipeline.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Competitive Salary: CAD 80,000 - CAD 100,000 + Commission.
