Customer Service Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Clerk at Ampro Electric Ltd.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and debit payments
- Prepare sales contracts, rental agreements, and other related documents
- Assist in the display and maintenance of merchandise
- Conduct sales transactions through internet-based electronic commerce
- Estimate and quote prices, credit terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
- Operate MS Office software, including Outlook
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
