Job Title: Customer Service Sales Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Clerk at Ampro Electric Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Sales Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling sales transactions, and promoting products and services to customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  • Handle sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and debit payments
  • Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts
  • Provide advice about merchandise and promote products and services
  • Assist in displaying merchandise and conducting sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
