About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with various financial activities, such as making deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. You will also help customers identify their financial needs and provide them with the best solutions through FNBC's products and services, while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
Qualifications Required
You must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, and possess strong interpersonal skills. You should be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, use a calculator and computer, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Additionally, you should be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial institution software systems and cash handling, customer service, and/or sales experience are preferred. You must also have acceptable criminal and credit checks.
Job Location
This is a permanent full-time position at our Walpole Island branch.
