About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at our Walpole Island branch, you will work under the supervision of the Branch Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with various financial activities, such as deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and cashing cheques. You will also help customers identify their financial needs and provide them with suitable solutions through FNBC's products and services, while adhering to internal and regulatory policies and procedures.
Qualifications Required
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. You should possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to perform basic arithmetic operations, and have experience with financial institution software systems and cash handling, customer service, and/or sales. Additionally, you must have acceptable criminal and credit checks.
Job Location
This is a permanent full-time position at our Walpole Island branch.
