Operations Manager

At MY MORTGAGE CONSULTANT INC., we are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing analysis and recommendations for process improvements.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve work problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and assign work tasks, establish work schedules and procedures, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 administrative clerks, general office clerks, and record and file clerks.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Organized: Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability: Reliable and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
