Culinary Operations Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor at Onsem Food Ltd., you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our dining establishment. Your leadership will ensure that our team delivers exceptional service and high-quality meals to our customers.
Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year
- Alternatively, equivalent experience in the food service industry
This position is based in a dynamic restaurant setting where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff engaged in food preparation and portioning
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to established quality control standards
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage
- Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff
- Perform cashiering duties as required
