Educational Requirements- Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Alternatively, relevant experience in the food service industry will be considered.
This position is set within a dynamic restaurant atmosphere, where teamwork and efficiency are key to our success.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
- Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
- Ensure that all food and service adhere to our quality control standards.
- Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
- Prepare summaries of food orders for the chef.
- Establish and manage work schedules for staff.
- Perform cashiering duties as required.
