Position Overview

Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.

  • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and food wastage.
